Job Description

Main Responsibilities

The products you will handle are “brake pads” used in automobiles. These are essential components for stopping vehicles safely and are crucial parts that support daily driving safety.

The general workflow is as follows:

  • Loading automotive parts (brake pads) into the machine.
  • Placing parts into a large machine (roughly the size of a large refrigerator) for surface treatment via sandblasting.
  • Removing the processed parts and neatly arranging them in plastic containers.
  • Simultaneously loading parts into a second machine to keep the process moving.

While you will be responsible for two machines at once, the tasks are simple and follow a fixed procedure. Initially, senior staff or on-site supervisors will be by your side to teach you machine operations and safety precautions step-by-step, so you can learn at your own pace.

Even if you have never used industrial machinery before, the work primarily involves preset button operations, so you will be able to work calmly once you get used to it. The atmosphere allows you to ask questions easily, ensuring a smooth start.

Typical Daily Schedule

The following is an image of a typical workday:

  • Arrival & Changing: Change into work clothes in the locker room.
  • Morning Briefing: Share daily tasks and safety precautions.
  • Task A: Processing brake pads and organizing them into containers.
  • Breaks: Refresh during lunch and short breaks.
  • Task A: Continue the same steady process.

Since the work fundamentally involves repeating the same process, many people find that the day passes quickly once they find their rhythm.

Who is this job for?

This position is ideal for individuals who:

  • Enjoy steady and focused tasks.
  • Are good at maintaining care and precision in repetitive work.
  • Are good at following established procedures and rules.
  • Have an interest in cars or manufacturing environments.

No special qualifications or experience are required. If you feel even a little bit that “I might be able to do this,” please reach out and talk to us.
