Job Description
Job Overview
This job involves processing and finishing PVC pipes (approx. 50cm long) used for water and sewage systems. Main tasks include heating PVC pipes, placing them in molds, reshaping them, cutting them, and cleanly removing burrs. Since machinery handles each process reliably, you can focus on operating equipment and checking finished products.
Specific Duties
- Setting PVC pipes in specialized heating equipment
- Placing heated pipes in molds and pressing buttons to reshape them
- Cutting reshaped pipes to specified lengths
- Removing burrs from cut sections using specialized machinery
- Placing finished pipes in baskets and passing them to the next process
- Simple ancillary tasks such as organizing and tidying the work area
While you’ll handle work individually, staff working on the same process and senior members are nearby, so you can ask questions anytime. Once you learn the flow, you can proceed steadily at a consistent rhythm.
Daily Workflow (Sample)
Day shift only—a typical daily routine looks like this:
- Arrival, change into work attire, morning meeting (daily task content and safety confirmation)
- PVC pipe setup, processing, cutting, and deburring work
- Break to refresh
- Continue morning work, product finishing and basket placement
- Lunch break (relax in the break room or cafeteria)
- Afternoon work: Continue similar processing and finishing at your own pace
- Cleanup, prepare for next day, end of shift
The workflow rarely changes significantly, proceeding at roughly the same pace daily, allowing you to work calmly once you’ve learned the routine.

- Those who want to work carefully at their own pace
- Those wanting to try factory work for the first time
