Negotiate PLUS Co., Ltd. (Head Office) is recruiting light-duty night shift staff for plastic container inspection and bagging in the Nitta Kizaki-cho area of Ota City, Gunma Prefecture. The workplace is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Kizaki Station. Commuting by car, motorbike, and public transportation is also possible, allowing you to choose the method that best fits your lifestyle.

Job Description
You will join a mechanical line producing plastic containers and be responsible for everything from inspecting molded containers to bagging, boxing, and stacking them on pallets. Although it is assembly line work, the tasks are divided by procedure, so you won’t be assigned difficult tasks all at once.
Specific Tasks

Inspect containers coming out of the machine in fixed units (approx. 100 pieces)
(Check the condition by holding it up to the light according to basic rules) - Place inspected containers into plastic bags
- Pack bagged containers into cardboard boxes
- Stack full boxes onto pallets

About Pre-employment Training
There is a training session before you start. For the two days of training, you will work from 8:00 to 17:00, where you can carefully learn work basics, safety, and site rules. Afterward, you will be assigned after resolving any anxieties through a workplace visit, ensuring even those new to night shifts can start with confidence.
