Q. How much physical strength is required?
Since you will handle materials with a certain weight, such as construction lumber and plywood, a moderate amount of physical strength is necessary.
However, it is not extreme hard labor, and work is shared within a reasonable range. It is the right level of activity for those who enjoy moving their bodies.
Q. Is there a lot of overtime?
Overtime is about 10 hours per month, primarily consisting of early starts.
Rather than “earning big through heavy overtime,” the work style is more about “stable income through day shifts and a high hourly wage.”
Q. Is commuting by car possible?
Yes, it is possible. There are parking and bicycle racks on the premises, allowing for commuting by car, motorbike, or bicycle.
In addition to Ayase City, staff also commute from Fujisawa, Yamato, Ebina, and Zama Cities.
