Job Overview

You will assemble “gas valves” used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The main work is attaching components in a specified order to parts moving along the line. Manuals and work instructions are well-prepared, making this job a great match for people who like steady, repetitive work and careful, accurate assembly.

Main Tasks

  • Receive valve parts coming down the line and set them on your workstation
  • Use tools and jigs to assemble parts according to the work instructions
  • Perform simple assembly steps such as tightening bolts and installing gaskets
  • Check finished units for appearance (scratches, dirt, missing parts, etc.)
  • Place completed items into designated trays/boxes and hand off to the next process

Each worker is assigned to a specific process step, so you can focus on one task and become confident quickly. Heavy lifting is limited, and physical strain is relatively low.
