Job Description
Job Overview
You’ll be responsible for disassembling industrial machinery collected from companies and separating iron from non-iron materials. The disassembled iron is then crushed into small pieces and reused as casting raw materials. In other words, your work directly connects to “resource recycling”—a job with high social contribution.
Specific Duties
Main tasks include:
- Moving industrial machinery collected from companies to the work area
- Disassembling machinery using various tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools
- Sorting removed parts into “iron” and “non-iron materials”
- Assisting in the process of feeding separated iron into specialized machinery to crush it into small pieces
- Simple cleaning of the work area and tidying tools
We won’t suddenly assign difficult tasks—veteran staff will stay by your side at first, carefully explaining tool usage and safety precautions. Even those new to working with tools can gradually get accustomed in this environment.
Since you’ll be disassembling machinery of various shapes, there’s also the enjoyment of thinking “How do I remove this part?” while considering the mechanisms. Those who enjoy disassembly work should especially find this rewarding.
Daily Workflow (Sample)
A typical daily flow looks like this:
- Arrival & change into work attire (change into work clothes and prepare)
- Morning meeting (share daily work content and safety confirmation)
- Work A: Industrial machinery disassembly and parts sorting
- Break (refresh during lunch break and short breaks)
- Work A: Continue disassembly and sorting operations
- Cleanup, prepare for next day, end of shift
Basically a style of steadily repeating the same processes, and once you develop a work rhythm, many find the day passes quickly.

Perfect for those who:
- Enjoy disassembling machines and learning how they work
- Are skilled at continuing steady, repetitive work
- Can positively engage with physical work
