Job Overview

You will work as a molding machine operator producing medical plastic products. Your main responsibilities include supplying materials to molding machines, operating the equipment, and checking finished products for appearance and basic quality. Because the products are used in hospitals and clinics, quality and careful handling are especially important—making this a meaningful job that supports healthcare.

Main Tasks

  • Feed materials into the molding machine and perform simple machine operation
  • Remove molded plastic containers after production
  • Check appearance for scratches, stains, deformation, and other defects
  • Perform basic inspections such as quantity confirmation and simple dimensional/foreign matter checks
  • Align and sort products for handover to the packing process
  • Clean and organize the work area

Work follows a clear manual. At the beginning, senior staff will stay close and teach each step carefully, so first-time factory workers can start with confidence.
