You will work as a molding machine operator producing medical plastic products. Your main responsibilities include supplying materials to molding machines, operating the equipment, and checking finished products for appearance and basic quality. Main Tasks
- Feed materials into the molding machine and perform simple machine operation
- Remove molded plastic containers after production
- Check appearance for scratches, stains, deformation, and other defects
- Perform basic inspections such as quantity confirmation and simple dimensional/foreign matter checks
- Align and sort products for handover to the packing process
- Clean and organize the work area
Work follows a clear manual. At the beginning, senior staff will stay close and teach each step carefully, so first-time factory workers can start with confidence.
