Job Overview
You will work with small metal parts such as gas valve components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Your main duties include setting parts into a machine, removing them after processing, performing simple polishing and visual inspection, and packing finished parts as instructed. While there is some detailed handwork, heavy lifting is limited—this role is well-suited to people who enjoy steady, focused tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Set palm-sized metal parts into dedicated equipment
- Remove processed parts and visually check the shape and surface for scratches/defects
- Perform simple polishing with a small grinder (deburring/chamfering, etc.)
- Place polished parts into a liquid bath, press a switch, and complete the final finishing step
- Dry the finished parts and pack them according to the work instructions
At the beginning, senior staff will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. Once you get used to it, you’ll repeat the same flow each day at a steady pace.
