Job Overview
You will inspect and measure small aluminum parts used in electric vehicles (such as air-conditioning related components). Using dedicated gauges and measuring devices, you will confirm that products coming off the production line meet required specifications. This role is ideal for people who can focus on accurate, consistent checks.
Main Tasks
- Visual inspection of aluminum EV parts
- Check for scratches, dents, deformation, and surface defects
- Dimensional measurement using dedicated measuring devices (length, width, thickness, etc.)
- Record results (simple PC input or checklist documentation)
- Simple machine operation for small parts (set/remove parts, button operation, etc.)
- Assist full-time staff (setup changes, sample measurements, etc.)
Production volume is about 6,000 units per day, so inspection is performed continuously. However, parts are lightweight aluminum and heavy lifting is rare. Most work is done standing.
