Job Overview
You will support a key process in automotive brake pad production. Typical tasks include “hanging products onto jigs” and “taking items out after heat treatment and returning them to the proper place.” This is not a fast-paced line job—rather, it’s steady, repetitive work that suits people who like focusing quietly on a set routine.
Main Tasks
- Hang brake pads onto a jig shaped like a 1m x 1m jungle-gym frame
- Assist with moving completed jigs to the area in front of the kiln
- Operate the kiln using simple button controls (mainly 2–3 buttons)
- Remove brake pads after heat treatment and collect them from the jig
- Basic clean-up, simple checks, and other related light tasks
Loading/unloading into the kiln is handled by forklift staff, so this role does not involve constant heavy lifting. The products are card-sized, so physical strain is relatively low.
