(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as a company involved in comprehensive human resources services, is committed to thorough compliance with laws and regulations and positions the proper handling of personal information and the protection of rights as its most important priority. Based on the importance of personal information handled on a nationwide scale, we manage and operate in accordance with the following policies.
1. Purpose of Use
Acquired personal information will be managed carefully and used within the scope of the following purposes. Except as permitted by law, we will not use information for purposes other than those specified.

- Investigation of false registration, unauthorized access, etc.
- Responding to various inquiries and related business.
(Sales Contacts / Business Partners)
- Procedures, proposals, and guidance related to worker dispatch, recruitment, outsourcing, etc.
- Responding to inquiries, exchange of necessary documents, arrangement of goods, payment processing, and transaction communications.
2. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Company may provide personal data to third parties in the following cases (For external transmission via cookies, etc., please refer to”6. Use of Cookies, etc.”):
- When prior consent of the individual is obtained.
- When entrusting the handling within the scope necessary to achieve the above purposes of use, or when permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act.
- When providing age, gender, educational background, work history, employment conditions, desired conditions, etc., to dispatch/introduction destinations within the scope necessary for achieving and adjusting employment.
3. Security Control Measures
In order to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage and to properly manage personal data, we take the following measures:
- Basic Policy: Formulation and dissemination of the Personal Information Protection Policy.
- Rules: Establishment of handling methods, protection managers/personnel, IT usage rules, etc.

4. Requests for Disclosure, etc.
Regarding personal data held by the Company, we accept the following requests based on the Personal Information Protection Act from the individual or their agent:
- Scope: Notification of purpose of use / Disclosure (Retained personal data/Record of provision to third parties) / Correction, Addition, Deletion / Suspension of joint use / Other exercise of rights permitted by law.

- Company-prescribed “Personal Data Disclosure Request Form” (Download and complete).
- A copy of identity verification documents (Driver’s license, passport, certificate of residence within 3 months, etc. *Must not include My Number).
Please send the above two items to our address. We may not be able to respond if identity cannot be verified or if prohibited by law.
