Job Description
Main Responsibilities
The factory handles “product drums” wound with various cables such as LAN cables, optical cables, coaxial cables, communication cables, and fire-resistant cables for fire protection. Your important role is to move these products safely and efficiently using forklifts.
Specifically, we ask you to perform the following tasks:
- Transporting product drums wound with cables to cutting machines
- Unloading work from trucks (removing product drums from vehicles with forklifts)
- Loading finished product drums onto trucks
- Storage work in designated areas and racks
This is a very important position supporting factory receiving/shipping and product flow. With the dynamic nature unique to forklifts and the requirement for precise operation, there’s great satisfaction when you execute it well.
Daily Workflow (Sample)
Work hours are from afternoon through evening. A rough daily flow looks like this:
- Arrival, change into uniform, roll call & preparation
- Morning meeting (share daily receiving/shipping schedule, safety confirmation, communications)
- Work: Product drum storage, transport, unloading, loading, etc.
- Break
- Work: Continue forklift transport, warehouse organization
- Lunch break (employee cafeteria available)
- Afternoon meeting (confirm afternoon work content)
- Work: Shipping preparation, storage work, cleanup, etc.
- Short break
- Work: Finish daily receiving/shipping, overtime as needed

Work Hours & Overtime
- Work Days: 5 days per week
- Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work time)

Hourly wage determined according to experience and skills. Those with extensive forklift experience may have the possibility of starting at even higher hourly wages.
- Transportation: Provided (up to ¥12,000/month, subject to company policy)
- Overtime Pay & Late-Night Overtime Pay: Provided separately in accordance with legal requirements
