Job Description
Specific Job Duties
The placement factory manufactures automotive side airbags for major manufacturers. You’ll be responsible for one or more of the following processes:
- Assembling airbag bodies into dedicated cases
- Screw tightening work using air drivers (electric drivers)
- Inspection work using specialized machinery (checking for defects)
- Packaging finished products
Each process has its own dedicated staff, and the image is assembly line work where you pass products to the next process after finishing your work. Work procedures are properly established, and on-site staff will carefully teach you through OJT, so even those new to manufacturing can gradually adapt.
Even those thinking “I’ve never used tools…” will start with how to hold air drivers and safe usage. We won’t suddenly assign difficult tasks, so please rest assured.
Daily Workflow (Sample)
A typical daily schedule looks like this:
- Arrival & change (change into uniform at locker)
- Morning meeting (share communications and daily production plan)
- Start work
- 15-minute break
- Work
- 60-minute break (lunch break)
- Work
- 15-minute break
- Work, cleanup, end of shift
With breaks appropriately interspersed, you can work with clear separation between concentration time and rest time. While this is physical work, once you grasp the rhythm, many people say “the day passes before you know it.”
Who This Job Suits
This job is perfect for people like:
- Those skilled at steadily accumulating the same tasks
- Those who enjoy focusing quietly on work
- Those who can work carefully following established procedures and rules
- Those skilled at cooperating with others and working as a team
Those with previous manufacturing experience are welcome, of course, as are challenges from different industries. If you’re thinking “I enjoy working with my hands” or “I want to help others through steady work,” this is a workplace we’d love for you to learn about.
